Important Notes:

1. For the third paper to be presented after two papers (regardless of the number of authors), an additional 1000 TL must be paid.
2. A participant can attend the symposium with a maximum of 3 papers.
3. Participation without a paper is possible. However, participants who wish to benefit from the symposium kit, meals, city tour, and name badge must pay the relevant fee.
4. To receive a certificate of participation and benefit from symposium services (symposium kit, meals, city tour, and name badge), the participation fee must be paid.
5. For single-authored papers, paying the participation fee once is sufficient. No additional fee is required for multiple single-authored papers (except the third paper fee).
6. For multi-authored papers, each participant must pay a separate fee to benefit from symposium services.
7. Participants from Atatürk University must write "Atatürk University staff" in the description section.
8. Participants must transfer the fee to the IBAN below and write only "Full Name and USBES 2026" in the description field.
